What are the payment options?
We offer secure payment options including Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Debit/Credit card payments, if you feel we are missing a payment provider you prefer please do send us your feedback by emailing contact@anbofficial.co.uk
Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can, however, you do have a detailed process in our terms and conditions which you would need to be aware of prior to placing any order and/or forming a contract to purchase. Please Note: Customised items are non-returnable
Do you sell gift cards?
We currently do not offer for sale Gift Cards, however, if you are wanting to place an order as a gift, please speak with us by clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page so we can check how we can help
What is Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is an order placed for an item that has not been released or is currently out of stock for immediate despatch. As we offer some fantastic fashion statements these do sell very quickly, however, don't panic you can still order and receive your order at a slightly delayed time frame. The time frame will be stated in red on the item description page. If you need to discuss an order you would like to make in particular please click the Contact Us button at the bottom of this page
How long will it take to process and receive my order?
All orders are processed immediately once payment has been cleared. If you view the breakdown below this will give you an indication as to when to expect to receive your order;
